Booking Policy

• 20% of the total cost to be paid at the time of booking. Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of this booking amount
• 50% of the total cost to be paid 45 days before arrival
• Balance 30% of the total cost to be paid 15 days prior to arrival

Confirmation is subject to realization of 100% amount before arrival of the guest.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be intimated in writing. In the event of any cancellation by you (except in cancellations due to the current pandemic), the initial booking amount (20% of total cost) shall stand forfeited.

Any further cancellation shall be levied as per the following terms:

• More than 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total cost (booking amount)
• 8-14 days before check-in: 50% of the total cost
• 3-7 days before check-in: 80% of the total cost
• 48 hrs or less before check-in: No refund (will be considered as no show)
• No show: No refund

In case of package itineraries, please note: During peak season, some partner hotel bookings are nonrefundable. Hence, in such scenario, we will regretfully be unable to refund the money.

Cancellations due to the Current Pandemic

We are well aware of the fluid situation due to the current COVID pandemic. Emergence of new strains has further complicated the situation.

In case of inability to travel due to changes in Government policies and travel restrictions imposed due to COVID, we offer you, our esteemed clients, the following options:

• Your booking at Kinner Camps will be honored till a later date when travel restrictions are lifted. You can transfer or amend your booking to a future date as originally booked, subject to availabilities, at no additional charges. This will be valid for a period of 12 months.
• We will refund the entire amount, barring any expenses incurred by us on account of taxes and bank charges, or cancellation fees levied by partner hotels (in case of package itineraries).

ANY OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY MENTIONED ABOVE

KINDLY ENSURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL GOVERNMENT PROTOCOLS BEFORE EMBARKING ON YOUR JOURNEY. KINNER CAMPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE SAME.

Refund Policy

Payments will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days after cancellation, through a bank transfer.
